This programme explores how to provide holistic support to women during the menopause and perimenopause through breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, community and a real understanding of the impact of menopause on the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of women. Upon completion of this training you will be professionally certified to teach yoga for menopause and run classes and workshops both online and in person. The course requires the completion of coursework, case studies and directed reading along with the option to book small group practical teaching and assessment sessions via zoom This course also includes access to our closed practitioner community and business mentorship.
